Prices and servicesThe prices of accommodation and any other services are indicated in the presentation materials of the accommodation provider (website, brochures, etc.).However, the price that is indicated in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. For the scope of the contractually agreed services and prices, the voucher is binding. The accommodation provider is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond its control (e.g. force majeure).The price of the stay and wellness package includes:All utilities and taxes.Bedding and linen, one bath towel and one bath towel per bed.Finnish sauna for 3 hours per day.Sauna can be extended. The price is 150,- CZK for each hour.Swim SPA with counter-current has a temperature of 30°C - The pool cannot be used from 23:00 to 6:00 a.m. Water filtration and disinfection is in progress!Services of your choice.- The whirlpool has a temperature of 38°C - The hot tub cannot be used from 23:00 to 6:00 a.m. The water is filtered and disinfected!- PETS- FINAL CLEANING - The cottage is handed over in the condition in which it was taken over.2. Cancellation by the customerCancellation of stay requires written electronic form (email) to vit@wellnesschata.cz. The date and time of the email is decisive for determining the time of cancellation. Cancellation policy above.In the event of premature termination or interruption of the stay by the customer without the fault of the accommodation provider (general power failure, natural disasters or water outages), the accommodation provider is not obliged to refund the paid price of the stay or its proportional part to the customer.These terms and conditions are in accordance with Section 273 of Act No. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code and are valid and effective as of 1 October 2013.3. ValidityThese terms and conditions and the cancellation policy are an integral part of the accommodation order and the accommodation voucher.!!! ACCOMMODATION ORDER !!!1. Only a guest can be accommodated in the cottage, who is registered for accommodation after presenting an ID card, valid passport or other valid identity document.2. The use of the facilities of the cottage is allowed to persons who are not affected by infectious diseases.3. If the accommodated guest requests an extension of the stay, it can be granted, provided that the following date is not already reserved.4. The guest uses the cottage for the period agreed with the owner of the cottage or his representative. If the length of stay has not been agreed upon otherwise, the guest shall check out the stay no later than 10:00 a.m. on the last day and vacate the cottage at the same time. If the guest does not do so, the operator of the cottage or his representative is entitled to charge the price of the stay for the following day as well, or to evict the guest from the cottage without his consent.5. Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., the guest is obliged to observe the nocturnal silence in the village.6. On the day of check-in, the guest can check in at the cottage no earlier than 4 p.m., unless otherwise agreed with the owner.7. For the stay and ordered services, the accommodated guest is obliged to pay the agreed prices by bank transfer before arrival.8. Dogs and other animals can only be placed in the premises of the cottage with the consent of the owner. The owner of the animal is obliged, at the request of the owner of the cottage, to prove that it is in good health by presenting a valid vaccination certificate.* animals are not allowed to be left on the premises of the cottage, including the room, without the supervision of the accommodated guest* animals are not allowed to rest - lie on the bed or on other equipment used for the guest's rest* showers or other equipment for bathing or washing animals cannot be used* inventory, which is used to prepare or serve food to guests, may not be used for feeding* the person who accompanies the animal is responsible for keeping quiet at night between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.* the person accompanying the animal is responsible for damage caused by the animal to the property of the cottage and the adjacent garden.* animal owners are obliged to always clean up the cabin after them and always clean up their excrement outside!9. In the room or common rooms, the guest may not move the equipment, carry out repairs or any interventions in the electrical network or other installations without the consent of the operator of the cottage or his representative.10. It is not allowed to use your own electricity. appliances with the exception of shavers or massagers, hair dryers, mobile phone and laptop chargers. When leaving the cottage, the guest is obliged to close the taps, turn off the lights, turn off the electricity. appliances that are not used in the absence of people and close the windows.11. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave children under the age of 10 without the supervision of an adult in the cottage. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children in all areas of the cottage and the adjacent garden.12. It is possible to drive to the cottage by motor vehicle only on the access roads and park in designated places. Leaving the engine running is not allowed.13. Every guest is obliged to comply with the fire regulations, familiarize themselves with the alarm guidelines, or other published documentation and orders to ensure fire protection.14. The guest staying in this cottage is obliged to comply with these accommodation rules and instructions. If he violates it, the cottage owner has the right to terminate the contractual relationship with him immediately without compensation and has the right to demand compensation for any damages.15. Access to the surrounding grounds of the cottage, the garden, the playground, the pool and the parking lot is at the guest's own risk. Preklad
