Hotel Carbona Thermal Spa awaits guests in the heart of the bathing city of Hévíz, with a walking distance from the world-famous thermal lake. In terms of accommodation, we offer 260 rooms with balconies, allowing guests to choose from a wide range of room categories and types of suites.
Our multi-award winning hotel’s bathing facility with nearly 1,000 square meters of wellness environment, including 3 baths and 6 pools, provides unforgettable wellness experiences for adults and children alike. The outdoor warm-water leisure pool, the active sports pool, the jacuzzi and sauna world satisfy all needs. Guests can enjoy the beneficial effects of the Hévíz medicinal water in the thermal baths reminiscent of the Roman period.
The hotel offers a wide range of therapeutic, wellness and beauty treatments. The wellness services are supplemented by various massages, pampering packs, complex body treatments, oriental exercise therapies and meditational programmes.
The hotel’s restaurant offers Hungarian and international specialities, while also placing great emphasis on showcasing the rich variety of regional dishes. Situated in natural surroundings, the Platán Café & Juice Bar offers guests with a wide selection of coffees and homemade pastries while the 50-capacity terrace next to the bar is a popular place for after-dinner discussions. Please note, that under current legislation, all guests (from December 31, 2023 also children under 14 years) must present a valid photo ID (EU ID card or passport) upon arrival. The hotel may also record the data of guests under 14 based on the declaration of their representative (e.g. parent, guardian). The documents that are digitally scanned at the reception will stored by the Guest Information Closed Database System (VIZA) for maximum two years. In the absence of such document, we will not be able to provide accommodation under the current legislation.

We would like to ask you to wear appropriate clothes in the different parts of our hotel, depending on the particular event. At the dinner and in the bars men should wear long trousers, to prevent the problems or unpleasant situations.
